Please help me to see
Above the pain and deception
There are times when I don't
Really know quite what to do
I turn around and I feel
The anger growing inside me
Don't get lost as the days go by
It's too easy not to see or feel
There is another much like me
She has been thru and back again
And feels the darkness like me
But there is a light inside too
For we have been given a gift
To dream and love together
So give me your hand and be
The one who loves me true.
