Poetry - Tears

Tears

Tears seep upon flesh
to die on parted lips

Gasping whispers
Bitter touch
Compulsive emotions

Standing alone - envy of drowning self

Tainted screams of yesterday
Dreaming, love me raging

Be the life of me

Soothing blood flows
Cooper puddles, scent of misery

Captivated laughter, deep within
Abused skin
Scared deeply

Teach me
Teach me

Blood runs cold, ecstasy unfolds

A facade of tomorrows to come
Tears of reality
Are near death

Poetry - Living a Life With Wonder

Living A Life With Wonder

Life Does Not Come With Any Guarantees -
It Only Demands That We Give Our Best -
No More Or, No Less.

Life Needs to Be Lived to Its Fullest -
Full of Grace and a Belief in Yourself -
Having Open and Honest Relationships.

Life Brings Adventures Into Your Life -
Sometimes You Come to Crossroads -
That Change Your Life in Many Profound Ways.

You Have to Look Deep Into Your Heart and Soul -
To Discover Your Wildest Dreams and Wishes -
And Follow Them No Matter Where They Lead.

Sometimes the Road Will Be Steep and Difficult -
With Many Challenges to Understand Who You Are -
Angels Are There to Protect You Along the Way.

Your Greatest Rewards Come From the Struggles -
Discover Yourself and the Love Within Your Heart -
Being Open To All That You Were Meant To Be.

You Can Make It All Work When You Believe -
Seeing With Eyes That Sparkle And Shine -
Making It Work with a Prayer To God.

Use Your Strengths and Desire to Succeed -
To See Your Dreams With Clarity So Deep -
Taking the Risks to Make a Stand.

You Have Been Given a Wonderful Gift -
Discover Truth and Beauty Around You -
Bring Warmth and Love to Others.

Share Yourself With Others -
As Someone Who Cares Deeply -
And Looks For the Best in Others.

You Are an Angel That Is Rare Indeed -
That Shines That Light From Within -
And Imagines All the Possibilities.

In the End Your World Provides Many Things -
Good Health and Rewarding Work -
As Well as Relationships That Matter

May Your Dreams Bring You Inner Peace -
And Grace From the Hands of God.

Poetry - A Friend is a Treasure

These words say to much to me - what a friend is really about. It's caring about them and know there is a risk in sharing yourself with others. Some may deceive or even play games with your heart. But those that are true are the ones that will stand by you over a lifetime. Enjoy!!

A Friend is a Treasure

A friend is a treasure
You hold up to your heart
Each one is different, to be sure
To be learned from and cherished

A friend is a charm
Like the charm on a bracelet
Each independent and unique
But still part of a whole, a chain

A friend is the smile
That creeps up on your face
When you wear that chain
And one charm shines, catches your eye

A friend is forever
Adding their link to that chain
That grows into a family-like necklace
Each charm forever against your heart

My King

As Queen to the king
I give you my Everything

I rule only cause you stand with me
Equal as a pair should be

You are the king that rules the heart
That is beating upon the chest plate
Of the one who loves you

Upon the air she breaths

Poetry - Dream Weaver

Dream Weaver

I standing here thinking such thoughts about you!
Ah, here is the Dream Weaver to answer me true.

Holding our dreams in the palm of his hands,
To answer them with the songs in our minds.

My hearts has many memories and wishes for you,
That when joined together with desires, come true.

Night shadows fold across the blackened sky,
Feeling your intensity as the lightning strikes.

The stars kiss the morning as the sun rises,
Bring visions of you that become reality.

Oh, my Dream Weaver, I hold you in my heart,
Until the day you come back to become mine.

Poetry - The Invitation

The Invitation is a profound poem that touches deep feelings and emotions within us. Oriah Mountain Dreamer invites us to confront the varieties of human experience, from desire and commitment to sorrow and betrayal, and challenges us to open repeatedly to love and live.

The Invitation
by Oriah Mountain Dreamer

It doesn’t interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing.

It doesn’t interest me how old you are. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love - for your dream - for the adventure of being alive.

It doesn’t interest me what planets are squaring your moon...
I want to know if you have touched the centre of your own sorrow if you have been opened by life’s betrayals or have become shrivelled and closed from fear of further pain.

I want to know if you can sit with pain - mine or your own without moving to hide it - or fade it - or fix it.

I want to know if you can be with joy mine or your own if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful - be realistic remember the limitations of being human.

It doesn’t interest me if the story you are telling me is true. I want to know if you can disappoint another to be true to yourself. If you can bear the accusation of betrayal and not betray your own soul. If you can be faithless and therefore trustworthy.

I want to know if you can see Beauty even when it is not pretty every day. And if you can source your own life from its presence.

I want to know if you can live with failure yours and mine and still stand at the edge of the lake and shout to the silver of the full moon, “Yes.”

It doesn’t interest me to know where you live or how much money you have. I want to know if you can get up after the night of grief and despair weary and bruised to the bone and do what needs to be done to feed the children.

It doesn’t interest me who you know or how you came to be here. I want to know if you will stand in the centre of the fire with me and not shrink back.

It doesn’t interest me where or what or with whom you have studied. I want to know what sustains you from the inside when all else falls away.

I want to know if you can be alone with yourself and if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments.

Poetry - Butterfly

Butterfly

Young, beautiful and delicate with so much mystery,
She flutters, flies and plays,
Carrying with her more love than she ever dreamed of.

Like a rainbow, she colors everyone's life she touches.
If only she knew her true beauty comes from within.

She will not stay long
So enjoy her while you can
For once you fall in love, she is gone.

She spreads her wings and flies away,
Leaving only a precious memory.

Poetry - A Blessing for My True Love

A Blessing for My True Love

I have been blessed with a Love Flower
An angel that God has sent to me

You are a dream come true by all that you do
You fill my heart with such happiness and joy

You ignite such passions and desires within me
That tells me that you are the One for me

I look into your eyes and see such a sparkle
From the light and joy inside your soul

We both have our share of pain and deception
But now our love has bonded our souls together

Ah, what happens when two fragile hearts unite ?
It’s a gift of love from God that we share

I knew from the day we met you were special
You know how much you mean to me

I hear the sound of your voice, oh joy!
It whispers softly in the wind, “I Love You”

Come here and place your arms around me
You comfort me and my spirit is so happy

You heart beats strongly with such need
Drawing me inside your inner soul

What you do to me, my heart is rushing a mile a minute
What are your wishes my dear, what do you want ?

You are a Cinderella whose wishes can come true
As I discover that you are really just like me

Does ‘happily ever after’ really exit ?
Too often I find a broken magickal spell inside a dungeon

But, just when I think the angel has left me behind
I find a canvas painting filled with rainbow colors of love

Oh babe, come here, touch me, let me feel safe again
I will cradle you safely in my strong loving arms

You have discovered the real me, kissing away the pain
Your sweet hands heal the scars upon my heart

Please hold me close enough so our hearts beat as one
Rock me gently asleep putting the cold world outside

My eyes close, you join me in such sweet dreams
Ah babe, I miss you, and love you with all my heart

The powerful gift of our love is so pure and everlasting
I see the two red roses you hold in your hand just for me

Look at the bond between our divine spirits
That tell you that we are united as one

I am the gatekeeper for the love inside your castle
You hold the key that finally sets ours spirits free

My name is engraved upon your heart
We will live forever and ever as soulmates

Poetry - Tender and Sweet

Tender and Sweet

How deep is my Love

The ocean a cup compared
The Milky Way never ending

I am but a Star
Upon the Galaxy
Of Your Heart

Bursting with love to grasp
To shine within

I will take hold
Never let go

Tender and Sweet

Is the love you give to me
The sun but a guide
The moon a sleeping embrace

I am but a person
In this world

You are but a man
Soulmates to the end

Poetry - Sing Me a Song

Sing Me a Song

Sing me a song darling
That will ease my pain.
And show me a way to your heart.

Tell me a story, one just for me.
That will bring wholeness to us again,
And teach me to understand you even better

Show me the medicines that truly matter
That will heal our inner souls.
And provide lessons from the Spirit.

Heal my heart so that I can see again
Bring that gift of love just to us.
So we can live through each other,

Forever!

Poetry - Help Me to See

Help Me to See

Please help me to see
Above the pain and deception

There are times when I don't
Really know quite what to do

I turn around and I feel
The anger growing inside me

Don't get lost as the days go by
It's too easy not to see or feel

There is another much like me
She has been thru and back again

And feels the darkness like me
But there is a light inside too

For we have been given a gift
To dream and love together

So give me your hand and be
The one who loves me true.

Poetry - Saved

Saved

As memories cloud my mind
Shadows fade away
The fears of yesterday and shame
Of today no longer exist
for I'm saved and no longer
need the pains of tomorrow.

For today, I'm free to be me,
I found peace within.
How can I help you understand?

Poetry - Awake

Be Awake

Love yourself and be awake
Today, tomorrow, and always

Be yourself and know the Way
Teach others to be kind
And bring sorrow to its feet

Make straight the broken way
And accomplish a harder task
And know that you are doing it all

You are the Master of your life
And bring another to share all you are
And together you'll be full of joy & love

Poetry - David: A Poem

David: A Poem

Like Autumn Leafs, He Carries Me Away.

Wrapped within His Strong Embrace.

Slow, Easy and Wild His Breath Flows,
Of Words upon my Cheeks

Dancing the Weathered Storm of Romance

Seasonal Belief of a Love So Deep.

Oh, to be Rooted Deep Within,
The Moister of His Rain.

How Could I But Love the
Rays of His Golden Sun.

Awaking Like a Flower,
I Am His to Desire … Smell and Devoir.

Come Love Me Forever.

Poetry - There Comes a Time

This poem was inspired by the book Message In A Bottle by Nicholas Sparks, which talks about about real love, but and also takes one on a journey of self awareness, and opening up to the possiblities that life has to offer.

There Comes A Time

There Comes A Time In Your Life -
When You Need To Stop For a Moment -
And Listen To the Song In Your Heart.

Each Day Is a New Beginning -
So Believe in the Dreams That You See -
And Take the Steps To Make The Difference.

I Saw an Angel Dancing Across the Sky -
Who Spoke to Me in Words So Clear -
"Open Your Eyes To Your Heart's Desire."

Then I Heard a Voice From Afar -
Who Told Me That the Time Was Near -
For the One That Was Meant For Me.

She Came Into My Life In Ways Not Expected -
And I Knew At Once She Was the One -
To Come Into My Life To Change Me Forever.

I Have Found the One Woman Who Really Matters -
The Person I Was Meant to Met And Love Forever.

She Is A Person Rich In Simple Treasures -
Giving to Others in So Many Ways -
Touching My Life With Such Wonderful Feelings.

She Is the One Person With Whom I Am At Home -
She Is My Best Friend In So Many Ways -
And Seems To Know Me in Ways That Matter.

No Wind Or Trouble Can Change Our Love -
Because This Is a Love That Is Meant To Be.

I Thank God For the Love of My Life -
And Say A Prayer For This Special Love -
That Has Brought Us Together Forever.

Poetry - Our Road Together

Our Road Together

There is a road to our hearts,
That is not so well traveled

It is in that place that I found,
A special angel, the one for me!

Let our new journey begin anew,
With purity & beauty in our souls

Ah, as we turn around for a blessing,
A light touches & surrounds us.

There is so much about life to discover,
Meadows, flowers and even butterflies!

Come forth and let us walk together,
Knowing how the world is now us.

You take me into your arms,
And we feel a love so very rare.

There is finally someone so wonderful,
On the road that we walk,

Fear disappears, the past is broken,
You accept me for all that I am,

Come let us build our house together,
On that road filled with love & happiness.

Inspired by my Nicole Lynn,
who shows me how to love and sing!

Poetry - Life

Life

Never have I felt so empty inside
So lost to hope and all mat is life.
Stuck in a world where people don't see
Eye to eye.

Lost in a world where chances are taken
And faith opens doors.

I cry, I scream, I bang my hands against the walls,
Yet I'm getting no where at all.

I could climb the walls,
I could break everything in sight,
I could lose my mind
But my heart will not die.

Never have I felt so empty inside,
so lost to love
and all that is alive.

Stuck in emotions that never seem to fade,
If it is a bad dream, let it go away,
For I will not be able to handle the pain
For I am slowly going insane.

Poetry - Wildflower

Wildflower

She is like a wildflower,
So radiant and full of color.

There is a presence to her,
With blazing passion in her eyes.

She sings the songs from her heart,
That says that she wants only me.

Make sure that you understand her well,
Strong, sassy and so full of life.

Don’t you ever under estimate her,
For she knows just what she wants.

Accept her for all that she has and done,
And feel her gentle presence come alive.

With each breath that she takes,
I come to know her even better.

She is the Love Flower of my life,
And the only one I could ever love.

Poetry - Love Bites

Love Bites

Prickly the feeling
Comes and goes

Rapidly it’s flowing
Within me

Flesh and Bones
Soul and Heart

You knew from the very start

Adored and Lured
My spell pulled you under

Bitter sweet, love and so tasty
How you took me with love bites

Poetry - Rainbow Colours

Rainbow Colours

She came into my life quite suddenly
Full of rainbow colours just for me

My heart leaped with joy when she took red
And touched my heart with a love so pure

Flowers are now in bloom everywhere
The orange sunrise is but a beginning

A new sunlight shines upon me as
She opens her eyes and sees only me

She called to me, "David dear, follow me"
Let us play together in fields of dreams

Our love is as pure as the deep blue ocean
Bringing our lives together in a symphony

Magick rainbows surround us as we kiss
Giving birth to new suns, moons and stars

We have become a royal couple so true
Full of hot passions and such desires

Come paint my body with rainbow colours
Covering me with your love so true.

I Love You

I ponder with Enlightenment
For my Heart's desire

I wonder in a bless for
My true love to call upon thee

You Are Me Now

Love Flower has touched my heart

Her eyes glow with the joys of life

I am glad that you have touched me
You are now such a part of me

Poetry - Ragdoll

Ragdoll

I am a ragdoll, all torn to pieces
You were the stitches that held me together
Then left for rags to clean

Up the mess you left of us
Abused and used for all your needs
Never once did you notice me

For all my stuffing was falling out
for you to see
Torn and Trashed

Someone found me, seeing the real me
Took me home with love and care
Loved me back together again

Stitches made with golden thread
Together as one I sit
Beautiful in a glass case

I belong to nobody but me
Can you even imagine
Rags to riches

And to hell with you from me

Butterfly Dreams

I saw the wings of butterflies
In a dream so true

They showed me the way
To the beauty in my soul

Who shows me the way so true

And have become a part of me

Butterflies and roses so true
Come fly with me and be

Poetry - My Road

My Road

It is ironic the way I feel living in the unknown,
Not knowing which way to go.
Having no plans, no goals.
Looking at the walls, starring at the bars.
I can smell fear and hatred in the air
Yet I see not one tear.
Please God, tell me it's not so
That life will one day carry on
Is there a light at the end of my road?

It is ironic the way I feel,
Living in the moment got me no where but here
Having a habit, not giving a care.
Now I'm looking at the photos of memories gone by,
I can feel the years driving at my mind.

Yet, I can't shed one tear.
Please God, don't let it be so,
Let there be a light at the end of the road.

By: Nicole Hutchins - June 2003
The following was written by GrandLady:

My Dear Child

This poem is probably my favourit one
because I see hope in it. Yes there is light at the
end of the road, bright and beautiful light, almost
as beautiful as you. Look to God & pray with me
that soon you walk the right path in the wonders
of a new life ahead. Remember beauty is within
not always on the outside.

Poetry - Spirits

Spirits

Spirits, talk to me!
And show me the way

I need your guidance
For protection and being

Mighty voices echo thru the nite
While stars watch over me

Please save someone who is lost
Giving me hope and understanding

Come to me now oh please
For my heart is crying inside

I will ride the lightning to
Find insight into the soul

I will walk in beauty
Loving my special one

There is Nowhere to Run

There Is Nowhere To Run

There is nowhere to Run
Nowhere I can hide
From these feelings I'm feeling
For you deep down inside

I can't help myself
I just can't let them go
It's feelings like no other
I've ever felt before

Help me to understand
Please help me to see
Is this the fate of our lives
Our world, our destiny

And within our hearts
If we will only believe
We will find love & stand strong
For All Eternity

Poetry - My Heaven on Earth

My Heaven on Earth

She came into my life from afar,
Full of pain, mystery and desires.

I knew at once she was my best friend,
The one woman that I would love forever.

You were in prison and I did wonder,
But it did not matter, for you are me.

I love the way that you love me so true,
And how we balance each other so well.

You are so sensual, the way you love me,
All those passions that are so magical.

It is cool the ways that we talk together,
Learning, and teaching, with give and take.

I want to spoil you as you so deserve,
Love, flowers, and all those little things.

We are here to discover everything together,
And it's special how complete I feel with you.

We share a passion for life and have it all,
A trust that tells us we are truly soulmates.

I love so much about my Love Flower,
She brings such desires and needs in me.

I feel like singing and dancing all day,
For you have brought me a heaven on earth.

Thank you Nicole Lynn (Patterson), my wife-to-be and best friend, for loving me and being the love of my life.

Poetry - Come Fly with Me

Come Fly With Me

You come to me with such desires
Please catch me and teach me to fly

Life has become so worthless and
I need answers to my questions

I have become so tired and
Will you be the One to save me ?

I need to hold on for dear life
Give me your hand and walk for awhile

Your eyes are red and filled with tears
And you do not want another day to come

Will you be the One to love me ?
And accept all of my pains and joys

You wanted to run away but now
Decided to walk slowly along the shore

I open my arms and hold you tight
I have so much love; will you be mine ?

I saw your wings begin to grow
And we talked through the night

Don’t forget me or turn me away
I need someone to believe in me

You took my hands into yours
And saw the lines of hope appear

Whisper your desires to my heart
Come be mine and love me true

I promise you but forever
To protect and be your man

Suddenly you sprang to life
And colors filled your wings

You know that you are true
And a beautiful angel to me

Remember to always hold me close
And see me as the only one for you

Thank you Lord for bringing me an angel
My Nicole who has become my soulmate

You saw that we needed each other
And taught us to see with our souls

We are guides for one another
With a precious love that matters

Poetry - Escape

Escape

I sit in pain and misery,
locked away in my own penitentiary
My sentence is death, if you get the best of me.

I'd like to cut my veins out
Let the pain run out
I can't find a blade
My scars run deep
So deep, I can't find sleep.

It's like I'm speeding
Running around like a demon.

My past is coming at me in flashes.
My future holds nothing in store,
All I can cry is Dear God, why?

Poetry - Nicole My Love

Nicole My Love

You are my dreams come true,
Where life is always so beautiful.

Our love is a place for perfect harmony,
Where one can see the rainbows so pure.

It is a place just for us,
Where we can laugh and sing,
And for once, know that you are home.

It is the place where someone
Believes in you no matter what.

I am here to love you so,
And your world is full of sunshine.

The breath of God is within us
As we love each other forever.

Poetry - Me

Me

The love I felt has yet to die
It flows within me day and night
Still my heart takes the beatings

A heart to mend on my own

Drowning in a puddle of sin
Steel blade to my exposed skin

Rope necklace to lace upon me

Facing my fears, facing me
Poison drips from her lips
Addicted to chaos, remedy to pain

Bipolar in my skin

Today's scapegoat, tomorrow's leader

Lost me within love

Can I find my my own rhythm ?

As my beating heart breaks

God, help me find me...
I know she loves me
For she is me

My own worst enemy

Love me to death
Take me from me

Today!

For tomorrow I may

Just be her

Nightmares for keeps.

Sleepwalkers of tomorrow --
Visions of you n me.

Story - The Key

The Key

By David K, Patterson - Copyright December 6, 2007

There is something important that I have to tell you. Let the drums roll and pump up the volume! Get ready for something truly amazing – an announcement that will change your life forever. Are you sure that you are truly ready for this, and that the timing is right ? Okay, here we go.

“Will the Little Princess come forward with the blue velvet cushion.” She walks through the door and approaches the front of a large room. You can see that she has long dark hair with such beautiful curls. And she is looking at everyone with a big grin. She comes to a stop in front of you. You look down at her and ask, “What do you have for me ? Oh, it is a small red box that has been placed upon the cushion.” Hmm. You think to yourself for a moment and then ask her, “So, precious, tell me what you know about that small red box.” You learn that her name is Brianna and you can see that she is wearing a crown upon her head.

She speaks to you, “Oh, I cannot tell you right now, ‘cause it’s a surprise. And besides, I made a promise to the Flower Angel not to tell.” You look at her and say, “But, why not ? What harm would that cause ? And I really want to know now!”

The Little Princess look back at you with intense eyes and tells you once again, “No! No! I am a moon child. And besides, I know something you don’t know.” You stop and then say, “Like what ?” Then she states, “You will learn something new that even you don’t know. And besides, I am sure that you will tell, and that’s not fair you know!” She opens the glitter covered little red box, hands you a key, and walks away.

You look at the key and wonder aloud, “What can this be for ? This is not what I had expected! It should have been something special like a jewel.” Looking at the key, you see that it is made of gold with diamonds on its face. And it also has all these funny shapes along its sides. “Now what do I do ?” you sigh.

You run outside and look all around. There are roads going in all directions. “Where do I start and what do I do now!” you shout at no one in particular. Suddenly, a small elf appears next to you and says “You know what to do! Trust your heart and follow what is true.” You look at him saying “How do you know That ?” He stares at you and says, “I am a protector and will see you through these times.” He then scampers away and poof is gone!

You spin around, close your eyes and say a prayer to yourself and find the road that leads to the northeast, it is called the Darloban. You begin to walk along the road for several hours with the mysterious key safely inside your pocket. The miles pass one at a time and you continue onward singing to yourself. The road goes through dark places and you say to yourself, “I don’t know if I want to continue on this adventure; I am afraid!” It has turned to dusk, and has become dark and gloomy. You sit down and suddenly you see something in front of you. It seems to have disappeared below you. You get up and looking around, see a dark figure approaching you with eyes aglow and black fur. Fearing for your life, you reach for your clamore. But, before you can draw it from your side, you begin to fall into the void below.

“Oh my God! What is happening ?” you shout. Nothing seems to make sense to you. Suddenly you feel something brush against your arm and hear a loud purr. You come to a stop in a clearing and see that the darkness has parted and that there is a black leopard next to you. He is nearly up to your waist and almost six feet long.

You are startled as you look around and see that the two of you are standing in a large meadow filled with beautiful wild flowers and the smells are amazing. The leopard sits down next to you and begins to lick your hand. You call the leopard Sunkeri for his strength and gentle ways. Your fears disappear and you know that he is another guide for you.

He pushes you gently and as you turn around, you see a bright light that is shinning in the distance. The two of you rush along at a rapid pace with your friend moving off in the distance from time to time and then reappearing next to you a short time later. And, around you, there are butterflies and a variety of small animals that move away as you pass by.

After a few hours of traveling through the meadows in the mountains, you come to a bridge that is surrounded by a group of faeries. One of them come up to you and announces, “I am Catomir, Lady of the Glades. You are near what you seek, but be careful, for there are those that may still try to stop you.” You are startled by what she says and stand back saying, “So, you were sent to us ?” She answers back in a soft voice, “No, but you will need the protection of the Light of Gurenda. Here, take it and pass in peace.”

You pass across the bridge with your leopard friend close at your heels and move further into the woods and follow a path that leads up a hill. At the top, it divided into three directions, one toward the other side of the hill. Another toward the sea, which you hear in the distance. And the last one disappears into the distance on the right and is filled with a silver myst. Once again, you have a decision to make that will determine what happens to you in the next several days. “Oh, what to do ?” you ask. You put your arms around your black furred friend saying, “I am tired and need to rest for the night. I will build a fire and continue on the journey on the ‘morrow.” But, Sunkeri paces around and is not ready to sleep.

Suddenly, a blue light appears from above and an angel appears in front of you. You hardly know what to say or expect now, but say, “Oh, and who might you be and what do you want now ?”.She looks into your soul with her deep eyes and tells you “You already know that!” You do not feel ready for any more and say, “Please give me some time so that I can rest before I continue on.” She sighs and looks at you, “You have been chosen to lead the way and you do not have that much time left.” You turn around and tell her, “ I’m not sure about any of this, just let me go back and be myself.” The angel come forward and touches your shoulder saying, “You have seen the Light and are the one to discover what really matters to all of us. Go forth and discover.” And with that said, she is gone.

You are more confused than ever. “This doesn’t make any sense” you think to yourself.” Sunkeri puts his paws on your back and pushes you over. As you put your hands out to brace yourself from the fall, the Light of Guranda falls to the ground and begins to glow. You reach down and pick it up. Just then, the distant silver myst begins to glow as well and sparkles with rainbow colors. “Ah, ha, so that is where I can go and see what I can find out.” you say to yourself. The large cat runs off into the distance and you are left alone.

As you continue to walk down the path, you feel good about what is happening around you. “Something is going to happen, I just know it!”. As you walk along, you hear all these strange sounds around you. Now, you really feel so alone, and yet, it is all okay! You travel a ways further and come upon a lake filled with fish. And there are other animals all around as well, frogs, rabbits, and even a fox. You look up into the trees and see birds of all kinds, owls, bluebirds, and the occasional hawk in the sky.

As you come to the end of the lake, there is a cottage in a clearing. Hmm, you think, “What might this be?” Given what has already happened, you are not certain what to expect. And, it has turned dark once again. You walk around the building trying to decide what to do. You shout, “Is anyone home?’ There is no response. And suddenly, you hear a loud noise behind you. It is Sunkeri who has jumped off the back roof. “So, you are still with me gentle one ?” He comes up to you, rubs you leg and pushes you toward the left. A door opens and you hear some music coming from within the building. “This is getting very interesting” you say to yourself. But, you are still uncertain and step cautiously inside.

You come upon a large room filled with tables and book on shelves. “Hmm, this must be a library or something like that.” There is a fireplace with a roaring fire, as well as three boxes sitting on the table in front of you. There is an envelop with a gold seal on top of the middle one. It looks so official that you proceed to open it up. Just then, the Little Princess comes into the room. She sees you and says, “It’s about time that you arrived. I hope that you know what to do!” You respond, “What do you mean little one ?”. She looks up at you and says “You will know soon enough.” Then, she steps back and sits upon a red chair next to the fire. You finish opening the envelop and see that there is a message that reads:

“You have the key that can open great riches. Choose wisely and you will discover something beyond your wildest dreams..”

At that point, several more people walk into the room speaking in a strange language that you do not understand. Among them is a small girl with flowers in her hair. As she turns around, you can see something on her back. “What do you have behind you ?”, you remark to her. “Oh, I think that you know who I am. I protect the little ones that need me. You can always call me and I am there. I am sometimes known as the Flower Angel. And what you saw are my feathered wings!”

“Oh, wow” you remark not quite knowing what is about to happen. Then, the Little Princess comes over to you and touches your hand saying, “She’s my friend who sees me through the nite.”

Another woman comes up to you. She has eyes of deep blue that sparkle with light and there is a radiance that surrounds her. She speaks very softly, “Sweet One, it is time to make the choice, so please place your key into the box that matters.” You look the boxes over, one at a time, trying to decide which one to choose. You want to make the right choice. There are two beautiful golden boxes. Those around you are shouting “Choose the one that sparkles with all those diamonds and rubies.” And other people further back say “No! You know better than that. It’s the golden one that shines the brightest!” You are tempted to choose one of those two, but something inside you says “No! It must hold meaning for me – So I need to listen to my heart and only then can I choose the right one that’s meant for Me.”

There is another box near the other ones. It is much simpler and is a deep blue covered with golden stars. You know what to do know as you take out your golden key. As you bring it closer to the boxes, the little one begins to glow as a red heart appears on it and it is surrounded by a purple light. As you approach the golden boxes, bright lights shoot out from them. You are still tempted to choose one of them. “Oh, they are so beautiful and they are worth so much more. I must pick one of them”

The crowd becomes agitated and once again shouts at you, “Do it now! Choose the golden boxes, they are the ones!” As you approach the golden box covered with the diamonds and rubies, Sunkeri jumps at you and once again pushes you over. As you fall toward the table where the three boxes sit, the golden key falls out of your hand and mysteriously falls into the lock on the small box covered with all the stars. You step forward and turn the key to unlock the box. As you do that, the golden boxes begin to melt into thin air and soon are gone.

You take the small box into your hands and open the lid. You reach inside and pull out a piece of paper that has a message written on it. You look at it carefully and then exclaim, “Oh No! I cannot understand what it says. What am I ever going to do ?”

The radiant woman come up to you and says “I am Dauwan and I know you.” You look up at here and declare “I have not seen you before, but there is something familiar about you.” She again looks at you with adoring eyes and says “You know more than you think. Just believe and it will be so.” You tell her, “Are you sure about that b?” She answers you, “What do you think dear one ? Give me your hands and you will know.” You say “Okay, I will do that now” and she places her hands on top of yours. It is then that you know what the message says and what really matters”

“Your life and happiness begins with you. Discover what really matters to you and then hold on to it for dear life.”

Dauwan looks at you once again and says to you, “There is more my friend.” “Oh yes there is” you answer:

“Open your heart and tell others how you feel. Love is a special gift and it grows when given freely from within.”

Finally, you turn to Dauwan and tell her “Oh, so you are my guide. I need to tell you something. I love you because you have taught me to believe and to know what is true.”

She answers back, “You know dear heart, put your trust in the One that gave you life and know that your dreams will come true with a person who understands you and accepts you unconditionally. I believe you know who I mean.”

At that moment, the Little Princess comes up to you and says, “Mommy, I Iove you too!” And Sunkeri crawls up to you, places his big paws on your feet, closes his eyes and falls asleep purring.
