The Gift

Little did I know what was about to happen ...
That remarkable day that you walked into my life..

How could I even know how my life would change ...
In ways that I could not even begin to imagine.

God gave me a precious gift that day ...
He came to me sending me a wonderful angel.

Ah, I can hear her say, "I've done some things...
That you might not realize or even like."

"So, how in hell could you even begin, or ...
Know that you'd fall deeply in love with me."

But, I did know that I would do it all ...
Even as I'm pushed to the limit and beyond.

Little did I know that God would ask me to prove...
And show who I am and what I feel inside me.

Now I know that this beautiful Love Flower....
Means so much to me and is truly my destiny.

A fateful day came when she got into a serious mess...
And I almost didn't answer that late nite call to me.

Asking me to help and be there just for her ...
And please don't push her away like all the rest.

God sent His angels to me so that I'd know...
How strong and loving I could really be.

Are you willing to take a stand no matter what...
There will be days full of pain and it's a big risk.

I thought to myself how can I do this all over again....
After I loved her and then she hurt me so much.

But I turned and knew that it was worth the risk...
I'm here to love her and hold her in my arms forever.

So I stepped up and never looked back ever again...
And God's angels came to touch our hearts together.

What more can I even say except I have begun...
A journey that is changing me into a better man.

I did everything I could so it all could become better...
Yes, the risks are great and expectations uncertain.

I stand beside my precious angel, she's my Best Friend...
I am here to comfort her and take away all the pain.

To be here to see her through many rough days ...
And to show her how strong and courageous she is.

There were days when even I had my doubts...
But I knew in my heart that it would all be fine.

Some say I saved her life with all that I've done...
But, it's me that has been saved too by my Nicole.

She tells me that I mean the world to her now ... "
You are my best friend and the only one I truly trust".

"And even more honey, I'm beginning to fly now...
For you give me strength to fulfill all my dreams."

"It's all because you stood by me and truly believed...
I'm where I am right now and I want even more!"

"Thank you .. Thank you my precious man ...
And helping me overcome hurts to discover true love".

Ah, yes, I only know what I see is in front of me now...
She has changed so much and the world is now at her feet.

You make me so happy honey as I stand next to you...
You and I are just so strong, but a little fragile too.

What really happened is that God has changed our lives...
"You know that God is great and He is here for you and me"

Yes I know as I sing praises to Him and all of the angels...
And the one angel who stood up and grew her new wings.

Now she has eyes that see just what matters the most....
Faith and dedication to God Almighty Christ the Savior.

All I can say is that I've been so touched by all this...
And know that everything is possible through faith in God.

I stand here in amazed, loving you even more babe...
As I watch you grow more and more day by day.

I know that it's our faith in God that makes this all possible...
And my promise to you is to be here for you always and forever.

It is so cool to hear you giggle and laugh, oh yeah!
This is the Nicole that I know and love so much.

I made a promise to you when we first met...
That I'd always love you and never turn away.

That means even more to me now...
After all we have shared and been thru together.

Many people hope and expect gifts of jewelry, money or even a car...
But you are different, and want somebody who can be there for you.

Yes, you are God's gift to me that is for sure...
It's all about being true to your heart and ...
Knowing that we have a lifetime to make it so.

Thank you Lord for that special gift that we both share...
Best friends true, loving each other and being ...
Such a vital part of each other and our lives too.

Thoughts and Expectations

 

I reach out towards you not know what to expect...

Can you sense my heart beating, full of many desires?

 

There was a time when things were easier, simpler...

Am I really awake or is this only another silly dream.

The moments fade away and there is the light...

What am I thinking and can it ever be so again.

I know that my faith will allow it to happen...

There is just so much love and wisdom inside.

My heart is out in the open now, beating, wanting...

Oh please, I promise, my eyes filling with tears.

It has been crazy lately, quite mysterious...

But now, I only have thoughts and desires.

Finally I am me again, knowing what will be…

It's all about loving another with my beating heart.

Why ??

Why did I fall in love with you?
It was something I never expected.

You have a way that simply touches me so…
Sorta makes me feel amazed, so alive babe.

You are so strong willed and yet sensitive too…
We both need our independence that is true.

I wanna love you and share everything with you…
You are beyond belief and one in a million.

Can we even understand what really happened?
Or, even what we both feel even now?

Maybe, but maybe you need to tell me again,
Come teach me some more and change my world.

Love can be so simple and oh so mysterious,
It touches your heart and brings you inside.

You amaze me my Love Flower as I say,
“Come love me like no one ever has before.”

Things fly by and happen for reasons for sure,
Let’s take it slow and know that all this is true.

A gifted woman like you is just so rare,
Many can’t seem to see and know what I happen to.

You are so smart and have with a way with words,
Intuitive and knowing so I can never hide feelings.
(Ha! I want you to know all I am and think)

Hurt by life, you still want it all so much honey,
I feel lots that is for sure, and can only say …

“Nicole Lynn I am so in love with you, oh yeah!”
And want to see the best for you and me.

Let us step slowly and dance along together,
Making sense of each day as we learn to make it work.

Take my hand and hold on tight for such a ride,
I will love you precious and make it all so special for you.

Today’s the Day

Today is the day to love you even more,
Than I did the day before and less than tomorrow.

You know that you are my one and only true love,
And that I thank God so much for you and our love.

Never did I expect to find a Love Flower so dear,
Who came into my life and accepted me with her heart.

I have been blessed by all that you are to me,
I only hope that I can be good enough for you.

The are some hard roads we have yet to travel,
But, we are here for each other and can make it happen.

I say a pray for you each and every night,
So you can be beside me and oh so very happy.

Today is the day that really matters the most,
All because I have you as my Best Friend to love always.

Always on My Mind

Oh, baby, you are always on my mind,
I need you now, and wanna pull you close,
I know it’s so good, just us totally in love.

I have all these feelings that make it right,
You are, well, just so very precious to me,
Each moment comes and goes, and it’s alright.

I look up and see you smiling at me,
Oh, eyes that sparkle with desires,
You know just how to melt me, honey!

What we have is just such an experience,
I’ve never felt this close to anyone before,
Now it truly has happened to me and you.

I need to hold you close in my arms,
I wanna feel and make love to you,
Come baby and let me melt into you,

I know that it’s you - always on my mind,
Finally, it’s going to be great for you and me,
I can’t wait and want you so much now.

Yes, A few more days, or even some weeks to go,
The moonlight is here to bring our hearts together,
I wanna kiss your lips and hold you close,

I’m gonna be here for you and never let go,
Look up at the stars as our love explodes,
Oh, such bright lights; I wanna make it right.

You came into my life and I’m so amazed,
I wanna make it perfect for you and me,
What we once felt is now our life together.

You are truly the one I will love forever,
I’m really fine and I want you to feel that too,
I wanna hold you close now and kiss your lips.

It has taken some time I know that’s true,
But, now it’s all ours and so deeply in love,
Knowing that it’s just gonna be so amazing.

A love meant to be is now ours to feel,
Our time together, so perfect and right,
I wanna kiss you now and hold you tight.

You are just so special and a part of me, babe,
I wanna make all your dreams come true,
Never thought this would happen in a million years.

I have such thoughts burning inside me for sure,
You are truly the one meant just for me. Oh wow!
So baby, I’m here loving you so very true.

I really don’t know what more to say right now,
What a smile, such a big kiss, it’s all ours together,
You are my magick angel come true, what a life.

Tonight I tell you how precious you really are,
I’ll say that every night to you as we fall asleep,
You are the one who makes me feel so wonderful.

I know that we are doing it all just right,
Such a wonderful life is unfolding for us,
It’s all falling into place, forever and ever.

My Beautiful Handful

I met a woman one day,
Who changed my life forever.

She’s not what you might expect,
But is so amazing and precious to me.

I have to share how she did it,
And why I love her so very dear.

She told me point blank, I’m a handful!
So you’d better watch out Davy.

Did I know what was about to happen ?
That she’d give all of her love to me.

She has made me a better man,
Because of just who she is!

Yes, she is strong-willed, independent,
And so very outspoken.

She tells it like it is, honest,
And sometimes in your face.

There are no games to play,
She tells the truth and is here for me.

I guess that you would be surprised, when I say she’s my angel too.
She is just so giving, full of emotions, And wants only the best for me.

Yes, she makes mistakes that cause me
To step back and wonder.

Truthfully, she can get out of control, And be a bit hard to handle.
But, that’s is all part of my beautiful handful, And why she’s just everything to me.

My oh my, I want it all with you,
Living a life full of challenges and dreams come true.

Babe, thanks for choosing me to love,
And demanding only the best for me and you.

Feeling Me Closer

I was walking along a road one day,
A dense mist appeared, surrounding me,
Why do we fail to see, or even believe ?

Things sometimes don’t make much sense,
Can we continue with our hearts being so cold ?
Stop now and find the light that is really inside.

You have been driving me crazy not knowing,
Hey, come here, listen and feel me closer,
Yes, I know that our time is finally at hand.

Too many people are playing us for a fool,
Trying to take the wind from our souls,
Just say no! And find that person true.

Once in a blue moon, it really happens,
Opening your heart to take me inside,
Feeling me closer, loving only you!

A Celebration

Our journey began with hope and anticipation,
One of us saw and wanted even more,
The other took a chance and embraced the light.

Now it’s about always on my mind, and more,
It’s thinking all about just you and me,
Embracing precious moments, entwined in love.

Taking a chance, hoping for the best,
Finding that precious love, meant to be,
Trusting you and finally finding true love.

Asking that question, do I dare ?
Then comes understanding, knowing yes!
Once and forever, you find yourself in another.

A wandering heart that loves so deeply,

That allows us to grow, bringing us together.

There is a guiding light,
That touches each of us.

I had a vision, but nobody was there,

I came upon a woman among the flowers,

I close my eyes and my mood changes,
All because you are close to me and mine!

A magick woman so full of a deep love,
Making our lives so very perfect together.

You giggle and laugh, so full of surprises,
Running thru fields filled with love flowers.

One morning you are just so pouty,
But soon, you’ve got me in your arms.

Ha! Such a sassy lover you are to me,
Keeping me guessing and wanting more!

You are flirty and get me just so hot,
Oh yes Lovebug, come here and love me!

I could never ever underestimate you,
You are so feisty and know your mind.

My, oh my. look into your eyes,

Be Mine

A shooting star slid across the sky…
Oh, so bright and full of fire.

It touched my heart and I wondered why…
Oh, how I want to only believe and love.

But, that shall never happen to me…
Always disappointed, and hurt again.

But, something strange happened to me…
An angel appeared and stood by me.

She saw me and asked one simple question…
“Will you Be Mine and Love Me True ?”

I took not a moment to delay…
Seeing her eyes sparkle, I answered.

Oh, my, “Yes! Yes!”, my dear love…
I’ve always wanted a Love Flower.

You are wild and a bit of a handful…
But, under it all, you are just me.

To See and Believe

I have been touched by the presence of God
When He bought a Love Flower into my life.

She has become so very much to me,
My best friend, and a soulmate too.

A once in a lifetime opportunity
To fall in love with a precious angel.

She came with some heavy burdens
But threw them off to become free.

Sparkles spring forth from her eyes
Wow! You cannot help but to believe.

She speaks and I am so enchanted
Never have I felt so close and understood.

Ah, my true love has come to me

She can be so sweet and fragile at times

The Eagle

The Eagle enters our lives quite suddenly,
He becomes our protector and guide.

A messenger from the hands of the Creator,
To show us how to give and receive love.

The Night Eagle comes during the darkness,
To enlighten and show us that change is possible.

The Golden Eagle is the bearer of the Light,
To shine and guide us along the true path.

The Eagle has found a beautiful Love Flower,
The one who is truly meant to be with me.

She's such a wise woman who changed my life,
Loving me completely as only she knows how.

Now, I am finally free and can truly be myself,
Together loving each other and becoming one.

Ah, the Eagle truly knows the way to be,

Poetry - Crystal Visions of You and Me

Crystal Visions of You and Me

Bright lights are now flashing before me,
Fireworks, am I ready for what is happening ?

Oh, the pain that turns and causes change,
The planets come even closer now.

Clouds surround, winds cooling more,
Figures moving, coming closer now.

Do you push them away and then hide,
Inside where it once seemed so safe ?

But No! I feel numb and want no more,
So, changing it all, I jump into the blue.

Now falling free, down, down and down,
Finally landing in a place as soft as a pillow.

An angel appears, smile and begins to say:
“I have a surprise and a challenge for you”.

Do you want more of exactly the same ?
Or, are you ready for the kiss of the soul ?

I’m just so tired now, what a price to pay,
Come, open your heart, and tell me a story.

Sun and rainbows appear, touching upon you,
Dreams that you once had, might really be.

Never once did I know that I could really believe,
Until I met the one, my forever Love Flower.

She challenged me, and looking at me, said:
“I need you to accept me and be true.”

Too many have said that they are real,
Then disappear, only to crush me again.

You must be different, please Lord, please,
Otherwise, I just can’t stand it anymore1

Taking you into my arms, I say:
“Please don’t go, come be with me”

You are now ready to sing and dance,
But, demand the best for you from me.

Please Davy, I’ve never had one like me,
I may be complex, but see, I’m an angel too!

Dear one. I want only one thing now,
To love you as my darling special one.

Nikki, I promise to love you and be true,
Sharing all my joys and challenges with you.

Being your lover, and forever best friend,
Finding a true love together thru the grace of God.

Dreams we only imagined, are coming true,
It’s you and me now, sharing our crystal visions.

Never in my wildest dreams, did I think I’d find,
A beautiful woman who’s as loving as me.

You see like me, you feel like me, and now,
We love each other forever and even.

Up Up And Away

Many years ago, a small girl was just wondering,
Such big eyes, flowing dark hair, filled with curiosity.

Surrounded by butterflies in a field full of wildflowers,
“Oh, I hope to grow up happy, and to really fall in love”.

As the years passed, it all seemed to fall apart,
She was hurt most by those she expected to care.

Hiding behind a myst full of smoke and deception,
Soon it all ended in a dark place so full confusion.

Never one to give up, she wished upon a star,
God gave her the strength to discover herself.

Wings of imagination came into her life from afar,
Lifting her higher and further than she thought possible.

Oh, so unexpected, but please take me away with you,
I believe, so now I can love and discover my new world.

She is the one who turned her back so she could grow,
Now, she flies higher and higher than ever before.

So, come with me my wonderful Love Flower,
Come up up and away and so far away.

She is the one who really made it happen,
Believing in faerytales and dreams come true.
